If you are wanting to lose a bit of weight for your wedding day, and don't have a great lot of time left, then this diet just might do the trick for you.
Believe me, I have tried just about all the diets there are, from Weight Watchers, to Rosemary Connelly to the Atkins Diet. But what I have done here, is taken a bit of each diet (i.e. the most strictest bits to lose the quickest of amount of weight) and devised my own little diet plan to become the best free fast weight loss plan for me.

It is very limited and you do need to cut out a lot of foods, but the results are well worth it.
If you can religiously stick to this diet for two weeks, you should see up to 1 stone in weight loss and quite a few inches from your waist, hips and thighs.
Even if you lose only 71b in the two weeks, you will still lose inches, so it is best to not only weigh yourself, but to take some measurements before you start so you can compare after the two weeks.

Okay, here is what I do and don't eat together with a sample menu plan.
Free Fast Weight Loss Plan
Things I have cut out of my diet:

All bread (especially white)
-
Potatoes, carrots
-
Rice and pasta
-
All dairy products including milk, cheese and low fat yoghurts
-
Biscuits, chocolate, cake and all flour products
-
All sauces
-
Alcohol, coffee, tea or any form of caffeine
What I do now eat:

Lean turkey and chicken
-
Fish, salmon and tuna
-
Green vegetables: broccoli, sprouts, spinach
-
Salad: lettuce, tomatoes, onions, peppers, mushrooms
-
Fruit: apples, satsuma's, grapefruit
-
Two eggs per day (omelette, boiled, poached, scrambled)
-
Spices: cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, garlic, dill, dried mustard

Flaxseed oil
-
Drinks: water, hot water and lemon
A daily sample menu:
Breakfast Mushroom and tomato 2 egg omelette with coriander and garlic
Mid Morning Apple
Lunch Tuna Salad with sprinkled dill, dried mustard and flaxseed oil
Mid Afternoon Two Satsuma's
Dinner Chicken with green veg, any herbs to taste and sprinkled with flaxseed oil
Drinks Drink 2 litres of water a day (preferably filtered, but flavored if you cannot drink plain water) and two / three cups of hot water and lemon juice.

Flaxseed Oil: This is a rich source of the good fat Omega 3 and it helps burn fat
Herbs & Spices: Yes, they are used for taste, but these are especially chosen as they boost metabolism
Low Fat Foods: Even low fat foods such as yoghurts are very high in sugar. Sugar is used in almost all low fat foods as it replaces the taste of fat, otherwise they would be bland and tasteless. But sugar hinders your weight loss and encourages cravings for sweet foods. | Calcium: You get your daily calcium from the green vegetables
Drinks: Water and lemon helps flush toxins from your body (i.e. liver and kidneys)
Supplements: If you can, take a multi-vitamin tablet daily as well as 1-3 Evening Primrose Oil capsules.
Your Liver: A diet such as this helps to cleanse your liver of any toxins as your liver is the biggest fat burning organ in your body. So be kind to your liver, and your liver will be kind to you by burning off your excess fat!
